Matthew D. Frampton, Coordinator of South Central PA Highway Safety. Matt is a retired Pennsylvania State Trooper and veteran of the United States Army. Matt has over a decade of experience in Child Passenger Safety education as both a technician and an instructor. He can a present to your business or community group about a variety of traffic safety topics including (but not limited to) mature driving, younger drivers, pedestrian safety, school bus safety, bicycle/helmet safety.  He can be reached at mframpton@atspa.org.

Karen W. Rowe, Program Specialist for South Central PA Highway Safety. Karen oversees SCPAHS's educational programs and is an experienced Child Passenger Safety Technician. She is available to assist organizations with their events by providing in-person presentations, materials and answering questions related to our traffic safety programs.
